Blauwhoed goes further in the development of projects than simply the realisation of a building or the completion of a project. Blauwhoed organises, facilitates, and creates realistic preconditions for a successful development. For homes, offices, and shopping centres, as well as integrated areas. On new, undeveloped, land. Or in within the context of urban renewal.

Blauwhoed Property specialises in the development of offices, shops, and mixed areas, both for new construction and for (urban) renewal projects.

For residential development, Blauwhoed has set up a specialised unit. Blauwhoed Eurowoningen has established itself as a brand for high quality housing, completing more than 70,000 Eurowoning® homes since 1960. Our Blauwhoed Eurowoningen will meet the toughest norms, both now and in the future. We go to great lengths to guarantee that. For example, we organise collective management to establish shared responsibility for the preservation of quality, also for the long term.
