Debby is always full of energy and irrepressible enthusiasm, which can also be felt in her work. She is involved in various Blauwhoed projects in Gouda and The Hague. Cities that both affect her personally, because she once lived there. Her day at work has been successful when all the pieces of a project come together. And she considers her mission to be accomplished when an expert comes up with a solution that she couldn’t have thought of herself. Debby believes that people should build upon their own strengths as much as possible.
